Alex McLachlan has agreed to serve as raffle ticket coordinator for the 2002 Irish Setter Club of America National Field Trial Raffle which will take place at the National Field Trial in Booneville, Arkansas in October. Alex and I have worked hard to upgrade the prizes for this year's raffle. Attached to this e-mail is a photograph of the shotgun which we have secured as the first prize raffle item. The shotgun selected is a Bill Hanus Birdgun 16 gauge side by side shotgun. The web site describes the shotgun in detail. The approximate retail value of this item is $2,500.00. The second, third, and fourth place items have been upgraded as well. Tickets are $10.00 each this year, and we will sell only 600 tickets. The tickets are now printed and available from Alex, so please contact him, and he will be glad to get tickets to you. It is important that we sell all 600 tickets, so please contact Alex soon so you can get started. I'm sure it will be easy to sell these tickets after viewing the picture of the shotgun at the billhanusbirdguns web site.
